Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is committed to providing you with the most comprehensive benefits package available to help ensure you and your family are protected now and in the future.

We're pleased to announce our upcoming Benefits Open Enrollment, October 10-28, 2022. Please take a few moments to watch this video and access the below links which provide additional information on the benefits offered to you.

NEW This Year: For your State Health Plan enrollment, all employees will be required to self-enroll through Employee Self-Service. If you need assistance, please contact the State Health Plan at 855-859-0966.

Action Is Required on Your Part! It's important that ALL EMPLOYEES, including newly hired employees, participate in open enrollment and actively complete your benefit  enrollment elections for the upcoming plan year.

For all other benefits, you may enroll through employee self-service or schedule a telephonic appointment with a benefits counselor with advance scheduling. You must make an appointment with a benefit counselor in order to enroll in Trustmark’s Short-Term Disability plan or Universal Life plan.
