You have 30 days from your hire date to enroll in benefits. If you do not enroll within the 30-day enrollment period, your benefits will be waived.

 

Your benefits will become effective:

  • Medical, dental and vision - on your date of hire
  • FSA, HSA contributions, MDLive and EAP - first of the month following your date of hire
  • 401(k) enrollment - first of the quarter following your date of hire
