You have 30 days from your hire date to enroll in benefits. If you do not enroll within the 30-day enrollment period, your benefits will be waived.
Your benefits will become effective:
- Medical, Dental & Vision - On your Date of Hire
- Flex Spending, HSA Contributions, MDLive & EAP - 1st of the month following your Date of Hire
- 401(K) Enrollment - 1st of the quarter following your Date of Hire
