Health Plans
Medical
You may choose between two Consumer-Driven Health Plans (CDHP): CDHP Silver and CDHP Gold. We also offer two additional plans, however, enrollment is restricted.
All plans offer the same level of coverage and use the same network of providers. To learn more about the medical plans, click the medical plan video below.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
The HSA is available for those enrolled in either the CDHP Silver or CDHP Gold medical plan. The IRS contribution limits for the 2021 tax year are $3,600 for individuals and $7,200 for family. If you are age 55 and over you may contribute an extra $1,000 catch-up contribution.
As a bonus, the Firm will contribute $500 toward your HSA just for enrolling. Upon completion of your wellness incentives (annual physical and wellbeing survey), the firm will contribute an additional $500 for individual coverage or $1,000 for family coverage toward your HSA.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Health Care FSA
The Health Care FSA allows you to put aside money before it's taxed, and use it to pay for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses. This is a use-it-or-lose-it account, so you will need to ensure you spend down the account by December 31. The IRS allows a grace period to March 15 of the following plan year to incur expenses.
Dependent Care FSA
The Dependent Care FSA allows you to save money on a variety of childcare or elder expenses. The Firm allows an extended grace period to June 15 of the following plan year to file claims incurred by March 15.

Dental
Your dental PDP plan offers the same benefit coverage for in-network and out-of-network. However, you can maximize your benefits by using in-network providers at a lower "negotiated discount" rate and the convenience of these providers filing claims on your behalf. We offer two dental options, a High plan and a Low plan.

Voluntary Plans
Voluntary Life
In addition to the Firm-paid life insurance, the Firm offers supplemental life insurance for you, your spouse, or your child(ren). The monthly cost is based on the age and coverage amount.
Please note, evidence of insurability is not required if you elect up to the guaranteed issue amount for you or your spouse during the new hire eligibility period. After the eligibility period, you will be subject to evidence of insurability for Cigna’s approval.

Retirement Plan
We provide the opportunity for you to contribute to a 401(K) retirement plan. You may contribute up to the 2021 IRS maximum of $19,500 to your 401(k). If you are over age 50, you can contribute an additional catch-up contribution of up to $6,500.
Profit-Sharing
In addition to your contributions, the Firm offers a profit-sharing contribution, which you are eligible for the first day of the month following one year of employment.
The Firm contributions are subject to the plan's five-year vesting schedule.
Pet Insurance
We offer pet insurance to take care of your furry family member. The plan provides 24/7 access to veterinary professionals through Vet Help Line, wellness coverage, and more. You can enroll at any time of the year by calling 877-738-7874.
Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity
We offer Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity insurance. UNUM offers a lump-sum benefit and is designed to help offset the financial effects of accidental injuries, catastrophic events, critical illness, and hospitalization treatment.
As a bonus, UNUM offers a Wellness Benefit for the Accident and Critical Illness plan! Each covered family member can receive $50 for completing a screening test, such as a blood test, stress test, mammogram, etc.
Short-Term Disability
The Firm offers an employee-paid short term disability option, which pays a portion of your salary if you are unable to work due to a covered disability.

Group Personal Excess (GPE) Liability Insurance (Partner and Executive Management Only)
The GPE insurance provides you or a family member with broad protection and liability limits as an added layer of insurance coverage that sits above your primary auto homeowners renters, recreational vehicle motorcycle, and watercraft insurance policies. Coverage includes personal injury and property damage for which you or a covered household member may be legally responsible in the event of a personal liability lawsuit.
Student-Loan Refinancing
Refinancing could help you pay off student loans sooner, lower your monthly payment, or both. Our student loan benefits provider CommonBond will help you understand the ins and outs of student loan refinancing, including the simple application process, timeline, available rates, and even how to transfer or consolidate loans between spouses and family, including Parent Plus loans!

Firm-Paid Benefits
Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
To protect you and your family, the Firm covers the full cost of Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, both of which you are eligible for after 30 days of service. The life insurance will be paid to your designated beneficiary in the event of your death while you are covered under the plan. The AD&D benefit will be paid in the event of a loss of life or limb by accident while covered under the plan.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)
The Firm provides long-term disability income protection through Cigna in the event you become unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury. This benefit covers 60% of your monthly base salary, up to $15,000.
In addition, the Firm provides a supplemental disability policy through Metlife for equity partners and income partners that earn a base salary of $300,000 or more. This benefit, in conjunction with the Cigna benefit, covers 60% of your monthly base salary, up to a maximum of $35,000.

Milk Stork
We have partnered with Milk Stork, a service that enables breastfeeding moms to ship or carry refrigerated breast milk while they travel for work. Just pump, pack and have it shipped to you at no cost!

Wellness Incentives
The Firm is excited to increase your HSA and FSA balance by contributing money on your behalf! Firm contributions are determined by your completion of wellness incentives.
Enroll in a CDHP and earn $500 just for enrolling! Earn an additional Firm contribution by completing an annual physical and the Wellbeing survey, which is located on the Wellness portal.
HSA Wellness Incentives:
Individual: Wellbeing Survey ($250) + Annual Physical ($250) = $500
Family: Wellbeing Survey ($500) + Annual Physical ($500) = $1,000
FSA Wellness Incentive:
Individual: Wellbeing Survey ($100) + Annual Physical ($100) = $200
Family: Wellbeing Survey ($200) + Annual Physical ($200) = $400
Cigna Behavioral Health
Emotional Well-Being Help Line An emotional well-being helpline is available to you and your family members. This resource, sponsored by Cigna, can connect you with qualified clinicians that focus on issues related to stress, anxiety and coping with loss, as well as COVID-19 related issues impacting your emotional well-being.
