Open Enrollment Is Here Again!

We’re very proud to offer a wide array of benefit options. And we’re here to help you choose the plan(s) that best suit your needs. Be sure to make your elections by logging onto the Enrollment Site.

There are some very important changes to your pharmacy benefit particularly for anyone on maintenance medications (things such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and asthma to name a few). Please watch the video on this communication for more information. UNM Hospitals is extremely happy to be able to communicate that there were no changes to your contributions or deductibles, coinsurance, or copayments, but the pharmacy changes were necessary to accomplish this. We also encourage you to review the other resources in the communication as there are also some very exciting new benefits including voluntary short-term disability!

Remember, this year is a passive enrollment, but you will still need to enroll in the flexible spending account (FSA) if you would like to take advantage of this tax-favored option. Be sure to consider all your options, so you can make the best decisions for you and your loved ones.
