Who can enroll?
Full-time Holley team members clocking at least 30 hours a week can take advantage of the benefits in this guide, unless noted otherwise. Eligible Team Members can also extend coverage to dependents, including:

When Can I Enroll?

You’ve got three key moments to rev up or adjust your benefits. Once you make your selections, they're set for the rest of the plan year:

When Does Coverage Start?

Benefits for new hires take effect on your date of hire.

For any qualifying event life changes, that coverage begins as of the event date.

How Do I Enroll?

You must actively enroll in all benefits that require Team Member contributions. You will be automatically enrolled in all company-paid benefits.

To enroll (or make changes) to your benefits, you must log into the ADP app.

Note: If you need help with the enrollment event in ADP. Call MyLife Advisors at 855-547-8508. they are available from 8:00am-11:30pm Eastern Time.

Qualified Life Events: When Life Shifts, So Can Your Benefits

A Qualified Life Event (QLE) is a big life change that impacts your benefits, giving you the green light to make updates outside of Open Enrollment. Whether it’s tying the knot, welcoming a new baby, moving to a new location, or getting divorced, a QLE allows you to adjust your coverage when life throws you a new challenge.

What to Do If You Experience a Qualified Life Event

Submit a Life Change in ADP and upload the required documentation ASAP. You've only got 30 days from the event date to make any changes to your benefits, so don’t wait!

When Coverage Comes to a Stop

For most benefits, coverage for you and your dependents will end on your last day of employment or if you stop paying your share of the  premiums.

If your dependent(s) become ineligible due to their age, their coverage will end on the last day of the month when they’re no longer eligible. Some benefits may end right on the date of the event that triggers the change.

Telemedicine makes seeing a doctor simpler and faster—perfect for urgent issues when you need quick answers. With the Sydney Health app, you have access to virtual care 24/7, putting health solutions right in your pocket.

To request a visit, log in to your member account and select “Virtual Visit,” or download the Sydney Health app. Whether it’s a virtual chat or a video session, Sydney will connect you with a doctor anytime, day or night!

Urgent Care

Board-certified doctors are available 24/7 to assess your symptoms and provide a treatment plan, including prescriptions to your pharmacy, if needed.

Mental Health

Schedule a video visit with a licensed therapist or psychologist for talk therapy, or a board-certified psychiatrist for medication management.

Building Healthy Families

Schedule a video visit with a lactation consultant or registered dietitian experienced in providing support on lactation and nutrition.

Holley offers two dental plans through Delta Dental, both giving you access to top-notch care:

The key differences between the plans include annual benefit maximums, percentage of costs covered, orthodontia coverage, and the overall cost of each plan. Choose the plan that best suits your needs and keep your smile revved up!

If you have an HSA or FSA, you can use these funds to cover eligible dental costs like your deductible or copay.

Keep Your Eyes on the Road Ahead

Regular eye examinations can not only determine your need for corrective eyewear, but also may detect general health problems in their earliest stages. It can help identify early signs of diseases that impact your whole body such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesteral.

Whether you have perfect vision or require some type of corrective lenses, preventive eye care is an important part of your overall health. VSP can help you offset the expensive costs of exams, frames, contact lenses, corrective surgery, and more.

If you have an HSA or an FSA, you can use these funds to cover eligible vision-related costs like your deductible, glasses or contact lenses.

|    Health Savings Account

Your Health, Your Money

If you enroll in the Holley HSA medical plan, you can open and contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA). An HSA is a smart way to save for your future healthcare needs. By setting aside money from each paycheck, you can build a fund for medical expenses that may arise later. Plus, your contributions are exempt from federal income tax, allowing you to stretch your healthcare dollars while reducing your taxable income.

The IRS sets annual contribution limits for HSAs. Stay within these limits when making your elections and remember that the employer contributions count towards your IRS maximum:

|    Basic Life and AD&D

Protection for What Matters Most

Life insurance is a vital part of any financial plan. In the event of illness or an unexpected passing, a life insurance policy can help cover medical, funeral, and living expenses for your loved ones. It’s designed to protect your family’s future by providing salary replacement, mortgage protection, childcare coverage, debt repayment, and support for your children’s education.

Holley provides Basic Life Insurance coverage of 1x your annual salary up to $300,000 and half of your base salary, up to $32,000 in AD&D insurance at no cost to you. This coverage includes Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) for the same amount in case of accidental death or certain other conditions.

Both Basic Life and AD&D are administered by The Hartford and are automatically included in your benefits.

*Please note that Basic Life benefits reduce at ages 65 and 70.

|   Voluntary Life and AD&D

Extra Protection, On Your Terms

As a new hire, you can choose to purchase Voluntary Life and Voluntary AD&D insurance for yourself, your spouse, and dependent children—without needing medical info—up to certain Guaranteed Issue (GI) amounts. Best of all, if you leave the company, this coverage can come with you.

If you’re looking to apply for coverage over the GI amount for yourself or your spouse, you’ll need to submit Evidence of Insurability (EOI) for approval by The Hartford.

If you don’t enroll within 30 days of your hire date, you can still purchase coverage later. However, all amounts will then be subject to EOI, and if The Hartford isn’t satisfied with your EOI, you won’t have Voluntary Life coverage.

To elect Voluntary Spouse and/or Child Life, you’ll need to match or exceed the amount of Voluntary Life insurance you’ve chosen for yourself.

Note: Benefit amounts reduce at age 70.

A Safety Net When Life Takes a Detour

A cancer diagnosis brings enough challenges, impacting not just your health but also your finances. With a Cancer policy, you can focus on your recovery, knowing you have a solid support system in place.

Colonial Life Cancer Insurance

After a diagnosis, simply file a claim with Colonial Life to start receiving benefits for your treatment and recovery.

Benefits are paid directly to you, allowing you to cover out-of-pocket costs for inpatient or outpatient treatment, surgery, travel, and recovery care.

Cancer Screening/Wellness Benefit

In 2025, every Holley Team Member will be given two general admission entries (one for yourself and one for a friend or family member) for ALL Holley Events! Simply present your Holley Employee ID Card along with your state-issued ID/Driver’s License at the gate to receive entry. 

Complimentary Holley Team Member tickets are not available in advance, they are only provided at the Spectator Entrance at each event. 

If you need more than the two complimentary tickets, you will need to purchase them in advance online. There are no ticket sales on-site at the gate. Additional spectator tickets can be purchased on the following websites:
