Open Enrollment will begin on Tuesday, November 1st and close Tuesday, November 15th (5pm CST).

Olin is excited to introduce new plan offerings for the 2023 plan year!

We encourage you to watch the educational videos provided and review your benefits guide to learn more about the new benefit options available to you.

For employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement, refer to your unique benefits guide to confirm your 2023 benefit offerings, as not all the benefit offerings highlighted here are available to you at this time.  

Remember, Olin has an ACTIVE enrollment – meaning you must complete Open Enrollment to have coverage in 2023.

Be sure to make your benefit elections by logging onto PeopleSoft during the designated Open Enrollment period.
