This online resource gives you an overview of the benefits available to you, and it also includes explanations on eligibility, benefits, cost, carrier contact information, and the enrollment process.

 

New-hire benefits are effective on the first day of the month following full-time date of hire. 

 

To enroll in benefits, click on the Enroll Now button to go to ADP, our online tool for benefits enrollment. You may also enroll through the ADP Mobile App. 

 

Accolade, your healthcare concierge, can help you with any benefit questions you might have. 

 

Please take the time to review each section of the Benefit Showcase and discuss with your family members before making your benefit elections.

 

Remember, you'll be required to add your beneficiary information, as well as dependent information (if you're adding a spouse and/or child(ren) to your benefit plans). To ensure a smooth enrollment process, it's recommended that you have dates of birth and social security numbers available when making your benefit selections.

What's New in 2021

Below are the coverage offerings that are updated for 2021. More details about each of the plans can be found on this website.

 

Important Information for 2021

  • The Medical PPO Plan for 2021 will have changes to deductibles, copays and out of pocket limits. See the Medical section for more information.
  • The TARC HSA annual contributions for 2021 will be:
    • $1,700 Employee Only 
    • $1,900 Employee + Spouse or Employee + Child(ren) 
    • $2,300 Employee + Family
  • The Accident plan is now an employee-paid benefit. You must enroll in order to keep your accident coverage for you and your family members.
  • The Accident Plan and the Med Bridge plan payroll contributions will be deducted on an after-tax basis beginning in March 2021.
  • You must enroll if you want a Healthcare FSA or Dependent Care FSA for the new plan year. Current elections will not roll over to the new plan year.
  • You may change your HSA contribution at any time throughout the year.
