2022 TRIPWIRE US BENEFITS OVERVIEW
Welcome
Video

At Tripwire, we want you to be the healthiest you – at work, at home, and at play. That’s why we offer comprehensive benefit options that support the health, well-being, and financial security of you and your family now and into the future.

Choosing your benefits takes careful thought and planning, and this site can help you easily navigate and understand your options. Take some time to review the information presented and return to this site whenever you or your family members have questions or want to review your benefits. Be sure to reach out to HR for additional information.

New-Hire Enrollment

You'll have 31 days to complete your new-hire benefits enrollment. Be sure to make your benefit elections by logging into ADP Employee Self-Service within the allotted timeframe. After this enrollment period, you will not have an opportunity to change coverage, unless you experience a qualifying life event – like getting married or having a baby – and notify HR within 30 days.

Covering yourself and your family

You're eligible for benefits beginning on the first day of the month following your date of hire if you're an active, regular employee who normally works at least 30 hours per week for eligibility.

You may enroll your eligible dependents in the same plans you choose for yourself, including medical, dental, vision, and optional life insurance coverage. Eligible  dependents include:

  • Your legal spouse or domestic partner (note: if your spouse or domestic partner is offered health insurance through their employer, they're not eligible to participate in Tripwire’s coverage)
  • Your children up until age 26

Making changes during the plan year

The choices you make during open enrollment or when you first become eligible remain in effect for the remainder of the plan year. Once you're enrolled, you must wait until the next open enrollment period to change your benefits and add or remove coverage for dependents, unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as:

  • Marriage

  • Divorce or legal separation

  • Birth of your child

  • Death of your spouse, domestic partner, or dependent child

  • Adoption of or placement for adoption of your child

  • Change in your employment status or employment status of your spouse, domestic partner, or dependent child

You have 30 days from the life event date to make changes to your coverage. Contact your HR team for more details.
