As a full time employee, you're eligible to take part in our comprehensive benefits package with multiple options for you to choose what's best for you and your family.
We're proud to offer medical plans, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement and voluntary benefits. You have 30 days to enroll in these benefits, so please take the necessary time you need to make your selections.
To support you and your spouse/domestic partner on your healthy lifestyle journey, we also provide the opportunity to participate in our Watkins Wellbeing Program. In partnership with HealthComp, this program offers a variety of ways to earn wellbeing dollars. Complete an activity to earn points and Watkins will contribute money directly to your HSA or HRA. Note: even if you're not enrolled in a Watkins medical plan, you can still participate in this program. Click the "Watkins Wellbeing Program" button to the left to learn more.
Once you enroll in benefits, you won't be able to make any changes unless you experience a qualifying life event such as marriage or birth of a child. Open enrollment for 2024 will take place in the fall.
