As a full-time Mid-South Non-Union Trade employee, you become eligible for the benefits plan on the first of the month 60 days after your date of hire. If you are rehired within six months of your date of termination, and have previously met the eligibility requirements, you are eligible for the benefits plan the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
You may also enroll your eligible dependents for benefit coverage. Your cost for dependent coverage will vary according to the number of dependents you cover. You have the freedom to elect different coverage levels (Employee Only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), or Employee + Family) for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Once you elect your benefit options, they remain in effect for the entire plan year until Open Enrollment as long as you are employed at Turner. You may only change coverage during the plan year if you have a Qualifying Life Event, and you must make your mid-year change at BenefitSolver within 30 days of the event.
