SITA is dedicated to maintaining and improving the health of you and your family and is proud to offer a comprehensive medical program that is affordable and provides access to high-quality healthcare through Cigna. Our plans provide comprehensive medical and prescription drug benefits and utilize the Open Access Plus Network.
The Choice Plan comes with a Health Savings Account and the option of a Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account.
We also offer a Healthcare Flexible spending account for those who enroll in the other medical plans. The Kaiser plan is only available to employees who live in the state of Georgia.
Maintaining good oral hygiene is paramount to your overall health and wellness. SITA has partnered with Cigna, one of the largest dental carriers, to provide you with excellent dental coverage. There are two plans to choose from and both plans include preventive exams and cleanings covered at 100%.
The Basic Plan has a $1,500 annual maximum and the Enhanced Plan which has a $2,000 annual maximum, three cleanings per year, and orthodontia coverage. Both plans utilize the Cigna PPO network and provide out-of-network coverage as well.
You can use an HSA or FSA to pay for eligible dental expenses.
Regular eye exams can not only determine your need for corrective eyewear but can also detect general health problems in their earliest stages. They can help identify early signs of disease that impact your whole body such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol. Whether you have 20/20 vision or require some type of corrective lenses, preventive eyecare is an important part of your overall health.
SITA offers a vision plan through EyeMed to help you offset the costs of exams, frames, and contact lenses. They also offer discounts on Lasik, hearing, and more.
You can use HSA or FSA funds to pay for eligible vision-related costs.
SITA provides all employees with Basic Life and AD&D in the amount of three times your annual base salary to a maximum of $1,000,000 at no cost to you. This protects your family's financial health in the event of death. You also have the opportunity to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance for you and your dependents.
SITA also provides Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance for all employees should you become sick, injured, or disabled with the option to "buy up" to add additional LTD protection.
These benefits are offered through The Standard
All employees who are enrolled in the Cigna Choice Fund plan are eligible for a Health Savings Account. The 2023 IRS maximums are as follows:
Employees who are enrolled in the Cigna Select and Basic Plans as well as the Kaiser plan are eligible for a Health Care Flexible Spending Account.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account limit is $2,850; Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account is $2,850. All employees are eligible for a Dependent Care Flexible Spending account with a $5,000 limit. All of these accounts are funded with pre-tax payroll contributions.
SITA also has a 401k plan with T. Rowe Price that you may contribute on a pre-tax and/or Roth post-tax basis. SITA matches 100% of the first 6% you contribute!
SITA offers additional voluntary benefits to enhance the core benefit offerings.
All employees have the option of purchasing Critical Illness Insurance from The Standard and a Legal Plan from MetLife with the added convenience of payroll deductions.
Your financial wellness is also very important and we proudly offer an app Upwise (from MetLife) that will help you feel good and make meaningful progress with your finances.

We virtually meet again! Health and wellness have come into sharper focus for many of us this past year. At SITA, we care about your wellbeing and are dedicated to offering comprehensive benefit plans to support your health - every step of the way.
Your wellness tools are still available in 2023! However, we've used this past year to ramp them up and make sure you are still getting engaged.
In the US, we offer multiple wellness programs and initiatives through our SITA “Well at Work” campaign. As a SITA employee, you have access to participate in the Virgin Pulse program by tracking your daily activities and earning rewards. Keep a lookout for many new enhancements to the Virgin Pulse program coming January 1st. We'll be offering new ways to earn through partnerships with additional nutrition and musculoskeletal vendors.
If you're enrolled in a Cigna medical plan, you're eligible to participate in the Know Your Numbers preventative-care program to receive rewards. Your spouse is eligible to participate in both Virgin Pulse and the Know Your Numbers program as well to help you earn even more rewards!
