Group Life and AD&D

Group Life Insurance with CIRS 

We offer all employees a company-paid life policy with accidental death and dismemberment benefits. You are eligible for this benefit if you are 21 years of age, and have completed three months of service, and work 15 or more hours a week. Your benefit amount is based on salary and tenure, as stated below. The benefit amount reduces at age 70. 

• Ten years of service - 1x your base salary paid to your beneficiaries to a max of $500,000
• Ten+ years of service - 2x your base salary paid to your beneficiaries to a max of $500,000

Spend Some, Save Some

Retirement

We believe in supporting our employees beyond their years of service. We offer a pension plan and a 401(k) savings plan. 

Our pension plan provides a monthly benefit payable at retirement. Employees will start contributing to the plan after one year of service and are vested after five years of service. 

Our 401(k) is available for eligible employees to contribute to after three months of service. We offer 100% vesting, and your contributions are voluntary through Voya. 

Spending Accounts

We want to help you maximize your savings, which is why we offer pre-tax FSA plans to help you save more on essential expenses. A FSA works similarly to a savings account. For each pay period, funds are deducted from your pay, pre-tax, and credited to a healthcare, dependent care, and/or commuter FSA. You can then use your FSA funds to pay for eligible healthcare, dependent care, and commuter expenses 

Healthcare FSA

Use pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare costs, like medical, dental and vision copays, deductibles and prescriptions, plus other eligible expenses. 

Dependent Care FSA

Use pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket dependent care costs, such as nursery school, before/after
school programs, childcare and adult day care programs.

Commuter Account

Use pre-tax dollars to pay for commuting expenses, like buses, subways, ferries, trains & parking at your place
of work.
