Long Term Care Rider is automatically included with each policy meaning you may be able to use your death benefit to pay for long term care. Subject to rider conditions.

Premiums are paid by direct bill to your credit card or debit card starting in the month your benefits become effective.
All coverage elected during this new hire enrollment will be effective on
