In the event of your passing, your beneficiary would receive a benefit of 1x your salary up to a maximum of $350,000. This is a company-paid policy. The AD&D benefit may be equal to the Life amount purchased.

Short-Term Disability
This company-paid policy covers 60% of your salary up to a maximum of $1,500 a week for a maximum payment period of 13 weeks.

This company-paid policy covers 60% of your salary up to a maximum of $5,000 a month for a maximum payment period up to age 65.

Team Member Referral Program
A bonus is awarded to any team member who refers someone to work with Ethos. The team member who submits a referral must have been employed for 90 days or more—supervisors and up are exempt. We are hiring for various positions and locations. Team members can earn a bonus of between $200 - $500 for referring someone, depending on the new team member's position.
