Guaranteed issue for employees up to $150,000 (through age 70 max)
Restoreyour death benefit and cash value if death benefit is depleted for Long-Term Care services
Spouse coverage may be added if employee elects coverage. Group Whole Life Child Term Life Insurance, may be added if the employee elects coverage
Up to 50 months of benefits payable for professional Long-Term Care services (for example, home health care or assisted living)
Up to 3x your policy value (4% per month Long-Term Care benefit for up to 50 months + death benefit restores to the face amount if Long-Term Care benefits are used
