2023 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is November 2 – November 30, 2022

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefits coverage and make changes if needed. We are pleased to announce that you will have the same benefit options to choose from for the coming year.

In-Person Benefit Enrollment Meetings will be held at each location. It is important to attend one of the meetings to learn about upcoming benefits changes for 2023.

A representative Hub International and Empower (formerly Mass Mutual) will be on-site to discuss the upcoming changes to Ken’s Foods 401k plan.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

• Marlborough, MA: Wednesday, November 2 & Friday, November 4
• Field Sales: Wednesday, November 2 & Friday, November 4
• Las Vegas, NV: All meetings will be held on Thursday, November 10
• Lebanon, IN: Monday, November 14 – Tuesday, November 15
• McDonough, GA: Wednesday, November 16 – Thursday, November 17

Enroll Through Kronos/UKG

All enrollment elections will again be made via the Kronos/UKG portal. Make the important choices for you and your family virtually, from the comfort of your home. Make sure to finalize all choices by 11:59pm ET on November 30th!

During Open Enrollment, you may:

• Enroll in, waive or modify your medical, dental and/or vision coverage
• Add or delete dependents, from benefits coverage
• Establish your Flexible Spending Account for the 2023 year
• Enroll in, waive or modify your voluntary benefits (i.e. supplemental life, ltd, accident, hospital indemnity and/or critical illness).

If you do not make any changes or do not log into the benefits section of Kronos/UKG, your existing benefit elections will continue unchanged with the exception of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).

If you wish to participate in FSA for 2023, you must re-enroll.  These elections do not carry over from year to year.

FSA and 401(k) Updates for 2023

• Medical FSA Increases to $3,050 for 2023
  
  
• 401(k) Limits Increase for 2023
  • Contribution limited increases from $20,500 to $22,500
  • Catch-Up contribution increased from $6,500 to $7,500

You value your health enough to make smart choices, and Cigna’s Motivate Me program can help you earn rewards for healthy behavior. To earn your rewards for 2023 you must complete your health assessment and tobacco attestation on myCigna.com by 11/30/2022. Non-tobacco users and tobacco users that complete the smoking cessation program with Cigna by 11/30/2022 will earn a $1,560 premium reduction for 2023!

• Must re-enroll in FSA every year. Can only roll over $550 to 2023. Have extra funds? Visit FSAstore.com
• Completions of wellness program by November 30, 2022
• Empower, 401k launching a new website effective November. Details will be discussed during open enrollment meetings
• Gym reimbursements for 2022 must be sent to Cigna by March 31, 2023
