Eligibility
Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits. Benefits are effective on the first day of employment.

Dental
As part of the comprehensive insurance package, ORA Orthopedics offers employees the option to select dental coverage for themselves and their dependents.

ORA Orthopedics provides both an HSA and FSA to help employees budget and save for qualified medical and dependent care expenses incurred over the course of the plan year.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a plan that allows you to budget and save pre-tax dollars through payroll deductions to pay for qualified expenses incurred for the plan year.
Dependent Care Account (DCAP)
You may can also set aside pre-tax dollars in a Dependent Care Account to pay expenses for care when the services enable you and your spouse to work outside of the home.

Basic Life Insurance
ORA Orthopedics provides employees with 1x your annual salary up to $50,000 in coverage.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Employees can purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents.
Short Term Disability
Employees can also purchase STD Coverage to ensure their income will continue if they are unable to work due to a disability
Long Term Disability
ORA Orthopedics provides employees with LTD Coverage at no cost to employees. It can help provide security if the unexpected should happen.
