All full-time employees that work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits.

Your benefits are in effect during the timeframe listed above. Outside of Open Enrollment, you can only make changes if you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) and submit updates within the Special Enrollment Period. How Do I Enroll or Change my Benefits and See My Plan Costs?

Ready to explore your personalized plan costs and enroll? After you worked with Alex, referenced above, click the "Enroll or Make Changes" button below to log in or register with Enrollment Platform.  You will be able to view and elect coverage, submit qualifying life events, add beneficiaries, and more. You can enroll during your annual open enrollment period or if you have a qualifying event during the Special Enrollment timeframes outlined below.

When Can I Enroll in Benefits?

You can enroll or make changes during any one of the three following timeframes.  To enroll or make changes, click the "Enroll or Make Changes to My Benefits" button above.

New Hire Enrollment

You are eligible to enroll in benefits on your date of hire.

Open Enrollment

Held annually during a specific span of time.

Special Enrollment

If you experience a Qualifying Life Event, you can change your benefits within the Special Enrollment Period which is within 30 days of the event.
