Medical Non-Union
We're committed to offering a variety of medical benefits that provide generous coverage for both employees and their covered dependents.
PPO Plan
The PPO 1000 plan offers lower out-of-pocket costs and predictable copays for doctor visits and prescriptions in exchange for higher premiums. You can see any provider, but you’ll pay less by staying in network.
How the PPO works
You pay the plan premium from your paycheck to have coverage. When you receive in-network preventive care, you pay nothing — it’s covered in full! If you need non-preventive care, you will pay a small fee at the time of service for doctor visits and certain prescriptions. Copays do not count toward your deductible. For care that doesn’t charge a copay, such as hospital services, you pay 100% of the costs until you meet the annual deductible. After meeting the deductible, you and the plan share the cost of certain services, with the plan paying the majority. You’re protected by an annual limit on costs — the plan pays 100% of any further covered expenses for the rest of the year.
Save money with an FSA!
Take advantage of tax-free savings for health care payments with a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA). However, plan your FSA contributions carefully: you can only carry over up to $680 of unused money in your Medical FSA to the next year; you will forfeit any remaining amount above $680.
HDHP with HSA
The HSA 2000 and HSA 3500 plans pair low-premium, high-deductible coverage with a tax-free Health Savings Account (HSA) that helps you save money and plan ahead for future medical expenses. This combination gives you more control over your money and rewards you for making healthy, cost-conscious choices.
As an added bonus, with the HSA 2000 plan, Vontier will contribute to your HSA — $500 for employee-only coverage or $1,000 if you cover dependents.
With these plans, you can see any provider you wish, but you will pay less when you stay in network.
How the HSA 2000 and HSA 3500 plans work
You pay the plan premiums from your paycheck to have coverage. When you receive in-network preventive care, you pay nothing — it’s covered in full! If you need non-preventive care, you will pay 100% of your medical and prescription costs until you meet the annual deductible.
After meeting the deductible, you and the plan share the cost of covered medical care and prescriptions, with the plan paying the majority. You’re protected by an annual limit on costs — the plan pays 100% of any further covered expenses for the rest of the year.*
Remember to use your tax-free HSA to pay for eligible expenses and plan ahead for future costs. And, with the HSA 2000 plan, Vontier contributes money to your account, too!
* If you cover other family members, the overall family deductible must be met before the plan begins to pay benefits.
** If you cover other family members in this plan, they have to meet their own out-of-pocket limits until the overall family out-of-pocket limit has been met.
Tobacco Surcharge Program
A $50 monthly tobacco surcharge applies to employees enrolled in one of the company’s medical plans who use tobacco products. To avoid this surcharge, employees must confirm they have been tobacco-free for at least six months during enrollment – that’s savings of $600 a year! If you do not certify you are tobacco-free, you will be subject to the surcharge.
If you use tobacco, you can complete the free Quit For Life Program – offering coaching, support, and nicotine replacement – to receive a refund via payroll processing for any previously paid surcharge amounts and to avoid future charges for the year.
For more information or to enroll, visit quitnow.net or call 1-866-784-8454.
Prescription Coverage
When you enroll in a Vontier medical plan, you automatically receive prescription drug benefits through CVS Caremark.
Drug tiers
The cost of your prescription drugs under each medical plan depends on the tier of the medication — generic, preferred, or non-preferred. All prescription carriers have a formulary, or list of drugs based on effectiveness and cost. This list will determine how your prescriptions are covered. Keep in mind that the formulary may change as a result of regular reviews and updates.
Generic drugs
Generic drugs have the same active ingredients as brand-name equivalents and meet the same standards for quality and effectiveness but usually cost much less.
Preferred drugs
Preferred drugs are brand-name medications included on the plan’s formulary and favored by CVS Caremark.
Non-preferred drugs
Non-preferred drugs are brand-name medications not preferred by CVS Caremark. They may still be covered, but may require authorization and cost more.
Pay less for your prescriptions
Ask your doctor about generic medications. They’re generally just as effective as brand-name medications but typically cost 80-85% less. Use the mail order feature. Save time and money on maintenance medication for chronic conditions — such as an allergy, high blood pressure, or diabetes — with the convenient, cost-saving home delivery prescription programs through CVS Caremark. Through mail order, you will get:
-
Free shipping on prescriptions.
-
No waiting in line at the pharmacy.
-
Reduced cost for a three-month supply.
-
Convenient, automatic refills.
PrudentRx
CVS Caremark has exclusively collaborated with PrudentRx for a program that may help save you money on your specialty prescription. This innovative plan design includes all specialty medications on your plan's specialty drug list, as well as select high-cost specialty limited distribution drugs. To learn more, call CVS Caremark at 888-964-0034 Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.Visit your prescription plan website or download the mobile app to manage your prescriptions, order refills, sign up for home delivery, and more. Get started by creating an online account on the CVS Caremark website.
Telemedicine
Your medical plan gives you access to telemedicine services through Telemedicine. Consider using telemedicine for non-emergency medical or behavioral health care— it’s available from the comfort of your home or wherever you are.
Telemedicine is a great option when:
-
You don’t feel up to going to the doctor’s office.
-
You can’t get to your doctor because you’re traveling.
-
You need care after hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
To access Telemedicine, log in to UnitedHealthcare and search for connections to Virtual Care.
Try telemedicine for fast, affordable care Telemedicine provides convenient telemedicine services anytime, anywhere. You have 24/7 access to board-certified doctors by phone or video using the Telemedicine mobile app or website. Doctors can diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication when needed for many common conditions. The cost for a telemedicine appointment varies by medical plan, but is typically less than going to an urgent care center.

We provide both an HSA and FSA to help employees budget and save for qualified medical expenses incurred over the course of the plan year.
Save More on Healthcare and Commuting Costs
Save money on eligible health care and/or dependent care and commuting expenses by paying for them with tax-advantaged accounts.
Vontier offers several tax-advantaged accounts through HealthEquity and encourages you to take full advantage of the money-saving potential they offer. You can enroll on the bswift website as a new hire, during Open Enrollment, or if you have a qualifying life event.
Key features
Tax-free money
-
Money goes in tax-free* and comes out tax-free when it’s used for eligible expenses. Convenient payroll deductions.
-
Contribute to your accounts easily and effortlessly. Helpful budgeting tool.
-
Plan for upcoming expenses by setting aside money each paycheck.
*HSA contributions are not subject to federal income tax, but are currently subject to state income tax in CA and NJ. Consult with your tax advisor to understand the potential tax implications of enrolling in an HSA and/or FSA.
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Available to employees who enroll in the PPO 1000 or do not elect medical coverage through Vontier.
Using a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health care expenses is like getting a discount because you're paying with tax-free money. There are separate FSAs available to you, depending on your medical plan:
-
The Healthcare FSA is available to employees who enroll in the PPO 1000, or UPMC, or do not elect medical coverage. This account can be used for all eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses.
-
A Limited Purpose FSA Available to employees who enroll in the HSA 2000 or HSA 3500. Adding a Limited Purpose FSA offers additional tax-saving opportunities. This account can be used only for eligible dental and vision expenses.
With either of these accounts, you can contribute up to $3,400 for the year through pre-tax payroll deductions.
Note: You must enroll in the Healthcare FSA each Open Enrollment if you want to contribute the next year, even if you already have an account.
How the Healthcare and Limited Purpose FSAs work
Choose your contribution amount when you enroll. You can only change it during the year if your personal situation changes, so estimate carefully.Your annual contribution is divided into equal payroll deductions, but the entire amount is available to you from the beginning of the plan year.
Spend your money by using your FSA debit card, or log in to the HealthEquity website to request reimbursement for payments you’ve made.
Use your money!
You can only carry over up to $680 of unused money in your FSA to the next year; you will forfeit any remaining amount above $680. Request reimbursement or manage your account on the HealthEquity website.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Available only to employees who enroll in the HSA 2000 or HSA 3500.
With the HSA 2000 and HSA 3500, you’re eligible to open and contribute money to a Health Savings Account (HSA) through HealthEquity. The HSA is a tax-free savings account that you own. You can choose to spend the money right away as eligible health expenses come up or save it for the future — you can even use it in retirement.
Get a triple tax advantage!
2026 Contribution Limits
The maximum amount you and Vontier can contribute to your HSA is determined by annual IRS limits. In 2026, the total contribution limits are
-
$4,300 if you have employee-only medical plan coverage, or
-
$8,550 if you cover dependents.
Add $1,000 to these limits if you’re age 55 or older.
Keep in mind that with the HSA 2000 the contribution amount you’re able to elect for the year will be reduced by the amount of Vontier’s annual contribution: $500 if you have employee-only medical plan coverage or $1,000 if you cover dependents.
With an HSA, you can:
1. Contribute money tax-free*
-
You contribute to your HSA through pre-tax payroll deductions.
-
You can change, stop, or restart your contributions anytime.
2. Spend money tax-free*
-
Use your HSA to pay for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses for you and your family. Make payments with your HSA debit card or through the HealthEquity website (provided sufficient funds are in your account) or reimburse yourself later.
3. Grow your money tax-free
-
All the money in your HSA is yours to keep. Anything you don’t spend rolls over each year. You can earn tax-free interest and even invest your money once it reaches a minimum balance, giving you the potential for tax-free growth and a way to plan ahead for future expenses.
4. With the HSA 2000 plan, get company funding!
-
When you enroll in the HSA 2000, Vontier will contribute to your account — $500 if you have employee-only medical plan coverage or $1,000 if you cover dependents — tax-free! The company’s annual contribution is made each January and for new hires it's prorated based on your hire date.
*HSA contributions are not subject to federal income tax, but are currently subject to state income tax in CA and NJ. Money in an HSA can be withdrawn tax-free as long as it is used to pay for qualified health-related expenses. If money is used for ineligible expenses, you will pay ordinary income tax on the amount withdrawn, plus a 20% penalty tax if you withdraw the money before age 65.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Available to all employees.
Child and elder care can present significant expenses for you. A Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows you to pay less for child and elder care expenses by using tax-free dollars.
A Dependent Care FSA is available to all employees. You can contribute up to $3,750 for employee-only coverage and $7,500 if you cover dependents for the year through pre-tax payroll deductions to help cover your eligible dependent care expenses, including child care for children up to age 13 and care for dependent elders.
Note: You must enroll in this account each Open Enrollment if you want to contribute the next year, even if you already have an account.
Use your money!
The money in your Dependent Care FSA does not carry over to the next plan year; you must “use it or lose it.” Request reimbursement or manage your account on the HealthEquity website.
Commuter Benefits
Commuter benefits let you use tax-free money to pay for eligible transit and parking expenses. Commuter benefits help members realize significant savings on everyday commuting costs.
Enroll and manage your account on the HealthEquity website.
Decide how much to contribute, and that money will be deducted from your paycheck before taxes are applied.
You can contribute up to the monthly IRS pre-tax limits of $340 for transit and parking expenses.
Changes made on the HealthEquity website by the 15th of each month will be effective the following month.

What is AD&D insurance?
If you lose your life, sight, hearing, speech, or use of your limb(s) in an accident, AD&D insurance provides additional benefits to help keep your family financially secure. AD&D benefits are paid as a percentage of your coverage amount — from 50% to 100% — depending on the type of loss.
How company-paid life insurance is taxed
The IRS requires you to pay taxes on the value of any company-paid life insurance coverage over $50,000. This is called imputed income; you’ll notice it on your pay statements and your W-2.
Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance
For more financial protection beyond Vontier’s basic coverage, you can buy supplemental life and AD&D insurance for yourself and your family members. You can enroll on the bswift website as a new hire, during Open Enrollment, or if you have a qualifying life event. You pay the full cost of this coverage, which is provided through Securian. You do not need to be insured for supplemental life insurance in order to be enroll in dependent life insurance.
Evidence of insurability
Supplemental life insurance for you and your spouse/partner over a certain benefit amount may require evidence of insurability (EOI), or proof of good health. You will receive more information after electing coverage if EOI is required.
Business Travel Accident Insurance
When traveling on behalf of the company, you are protected under a company-paid business travel accident insurance policy. This policy through AIG Travel Guard provides coverage for certain injuries or death resulting from an accident during business travel.
You are covered for five times your annual base salary, up to a maximum benefit of $500,000. Coverage is automatic — you do not need to enroll, and there is no cost to you. For AIG Accident & Health out-of-country medical coverage claims can be made through MTAClaimsSubmissions@aig.com or Call: +1 913-495-6520 Collect/Reverse Charge (outside the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico) or 800-551-0824 Toll-Free (within the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico).

Supplemental Ancillary Benefits
Even with comprehensive coverage from your medical plan, you may still have out-of-pocket expenses if you get critically ill, are seriously injured, or need to be hospitalized. Supplemental Ancillary Benefits offer additional financial protection.
Accident Insurance
Major injuries are painful, but the financial impact of the medical treatment doesn’t have to be. Accident Insurance pays benefits directly to you if you suffer a covered injury such as a fracture, burn, ligament damage, or concussion. Benefits are paid even if you have other coverage.
The benefit amount is calculated based on the type of injury, its severity, and what medical services are required for treatment and recovery. The plan covers a wide variety of injuries and accident-related expenses, including injury treatment, hospitalization, physical therapy, transportation, and emergency room treatment.
Critical Illness Insurance
Medical insurance does not eliminate all the financial strain of a major illness or injury. Supplemental medical benefits, such as Critical Illness Insurance, can help cover these out-of-pocket expenses at a reasonable cost. Critical Illness Insurance pays a lump sum benefit directly to you if you are diagnosed with a covered illness that meets the plan criteria.
Covered illnesses typically include heart attack, stroke, cancer, major organ failure/transplant, coronary artery disease/bypass graft, and certain infectious diseases. The benefit is paid in addition to any other insurance coverage you may have. For specific conditions like coronary artery disease/bypass graft and certain infectious diseases, a partial benefit is paid once per lifetime.
Hospital Indemnity
If you are admitted to a hospital, it doesn’t take long for the out-of-pocket costs to add up. Hospital Indemnity Insurance pays benefits directly to you if you are admitted into a hospital for care or childbirth. Benefits are paid even if you have other coverage.
You receive a benefit as soon as you are admitted and then an additional benefit based on the number of days you are confined to the hospital. The benefit increases if you are admitted and confined to an intensive care unit. The following are covered: first-day hospital confinement, daily hospital confinement, daily Intensive Care Unit confinement, and hospital observation/short stay.
