2023 OPEN ENROLLMENT

Cantor Fitzgerald is excited to announce the start of the 2023 Health and Welfare Benefits Open Enrollment! Open Enrollment will be completed online through Oracle's HCM Self-Service portal. The Open Enrollment period will begin on Wednesday, November 9th, and will end on Wednesday, November 23rd. All changes to your benefits must be completed by Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022 at 7:59PM EST. The changes that you make to your benefits will take effect on January 1, 2023.

In reviewing your benefit options, please keep in mind that each year Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC (the "Firm") is faced with the challenge of providing high-quality, affordable medical insurance options to its employees, while offsetting the cost of services due to high plan utilization and Healthcare Reform mandates. We're pleased that the Firm can continue to provide robust medical plan options to its employees that far exceed the minimum federal and state mandates and healthcare exchange options.
