KeyLogic is pleased to share our 2023 health and welfare program that continues to expand to ensure peace of mind for our staff. Our benefits are thoughtfully designed to encourage preventive care and a healthy lifestyle while also protecting you and your family during times of illness. 

Here are key things to know about the 2023 open enrollment:

• Current elections for medical, dental and vision will continue unless you make a change in ADP
• You must actively elect to participate in the spending accounts each year (FSA, LPFSA, DCA, HSA). Current elections will end on 12/31
• Special open enrollment for Supplemental Life for you and your spouse with guaranteed issue for this OE only!
• New benefits available: Unum Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital plans as well as Pet Insurance through Nationwide
