The benefits open enrollment period begins on Monday, October 24! We want to share some exciting changes that you can start thinking about as we head into this important time.
2023 HIGHLIGHTS
- NEW medical plan options through UnitedHealthcare, including an all-copay, low-cost plan called Surest. All plans utilize the same network and the two HSA plans include contributions from Agiliti into a Health Savings Account
- NEW wellness resources in 2023 through Rally — a UnitedHealthcare wellness tool. You can also earn up to $60 off your premium incentive by completing your annual preventive care visit by November 30. Visit the Total Rewards portal for additional details
- NO changes to pharmacy coverage through CVS Caremark
- NO changes to Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and Voluntary Benefits (Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Indemnity)
- NEW Flexible Spending Accounts: Rollover amount of $570 for Healthcare/Medical FSA (this would be for any remaining funds from 2022 into 2023)
