2023 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment

November 7th - 23rd

During this year’s Open Enrollment period, you'll have the ability to enroll in or make changes to your benefits for the 2023 plan year. Here are a few updates for this year’s Open Enrollment:

UMR will continue to be our medical carrier with pharmacy through OptumRx. There are some plan design changes but the network of providers remains the same.
- Slight premium increase
- Change to annual deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums
- Increase to emergency room copay
- High deductible plan with HSA co-insurance adjusted to 90%

Resources for Living (EAP) adds Talkspace video chat/text counseling program
Reminder that you must actively enroll in the Health and Dependent FSA and the HSA for 2023
- Health FSA maximum contribution increased to $3,050
- HSA maximum contribution increased to $3,850 for single coverage and $7,750 for family coverage
