Retiree Medical
Eligibility: Ages 65+ | Hired before 8.1.2004 | Have 10 years of service at retirement date
As a Porsche Retiree, you are able to purchase a plan from a private Medicare insurance “exchange” called Via Benefits. Through Via Benefits, you can choose from a variety of carriers and plan designs and a helpful Benefits Advisor will assist you in finding and enrolling in a plan that fits your needs and your budget.

Life
Eligibility: 10 years of benefit-eligible service and be at least 55 years of age at retirement date.
Porsche provides retirees with life benefits valued at $15,000 for those age 70 and under and $10,000 for those over age 70.
Beneficiary Designation Form to be completed and sent to us.
Pension
Eligibility: Ages 55+ | Hired before 12.31.2011 | Vested after 5 years of service
The decision has been made to begin the process to terminate the Porsche Employees’ Retirement Plan.
A memo, The Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOIT) was sent to participants dated March 4, 2024. A copy of this memo is below. Notice of Plan Benefits and Election Kits were mailed to each participants August 9, 2024.
If you are already receiving your benefit payment from the Plan and need to update your bank account and/or tax withholdings please complete the forms and sent to us.
VW Retiree Lease Program
Eligibility: 10 years of benefit-eligible service and be at least 55 years of age at retirement date
Interested Retirees should complete an ACH form and send it to us.
Porsche New Vehicle Purchase
Eligibility: 20 years of benefit-eligible service for employees 55 years of age at retirement date
