Our journey to better has begun and we think you’ll really like your benefit options for next year.
We are in this together and there are some real advantages. You’ll see a greatly enhanced benefits package that you can customize to fit your family and your life. Even better, you’ll find these valuable benefits are available to you at an affordable cost.
But there’s one catch: there are benefits you must enroll in during open enrollment, November 10-23, in order to participate. Effective January 1, 2023.

Here's what you need to do:
- Learn about all of your 2023 choices by reading your benefits materials.
- Make your elections by completing an enrollment form.
Your 2023 Choices
Be aware that:
- Your medical plan options will remain the same.
- If you are an EEDA, IGHL or Maryhaven employee, you'll make your medical plan election during open enrollment.
- If you are a CDD, HIA or NIS employee, you'll make your medical plan election next year, as you have done previously.
- You can make new elections for dental, vision, disability and life insurance through Metlife, EyeMed, Health Equity, Health Advocate and Magellan.
