Be sure to consider all of your options, so you can make the best decisions for you and your loved ones. The elections you make now will be in place for the remainder of the plan year, which ends December 31, 2023 (unless you experience a qualified life event).

When you're ready to enroll, simply click on the Enrollment button or follow the link in the enrollment email you received from PlanSource. The format for your initial PlanSource login can be found in the benefit brochure, on our benefits site, and in the PlanSource enrollment email.
