Open enrollment is a time to take a fresh look at your benefit elections. In preparation for this year’s open enrollment, we strongly encourage you to invest the time to review your current benefits, think about your personal situation and healthcare needs and educate yourself on ways to maximize your benefits for both you and your family.
Open enrollment for 2023 is passive. This means your 2022 benefit elections, with the exception of flexible spending accounts (FSA) and dependent care accounts (DCA), will carry over to 2023. No action is required unless you would like to make changes. You must re-enroll in FSA and/or DCA for 2023.
If you would like to make changes for 2023, please log into Oracle and complete your updates no later than November 28, 2022.
