May 3 – June 4 and will close on June 11.
Welcome to our new Virtual Benefits Fair!
Please join us in our very first virtual benefits fair – where we bring benefits information to you at the click of a button! While we cannot have our benefits fair in person, we wanted to bring you that same experience as best we can in our virtual working and learning environment.
The fair offers “booths” for medical, dental, vision, life & disability, FSAs, 403(b), and EAP benefits. You can navigate through the fair by using the menu at the top of the screen to jump to each plan—you’ll find benefits overviews, plan features, and contact information if you have questions. Use the welcome button at the top to return to the home page.
Please take time to visit each booth. Then, take the survey on the Enroll Now! tab to enter a raffle to win a $500 gift card, laptop computer, and other prizes. Once you complete these steps, enroll in your benefits. We hope you enjoy the experience and feel free to contact HR with any questions.

Mount Holyoke is pleased to offer employees 3 medical plan options to select from BCBS of Massachusetts. Here at the booth, you can compare plans, find a doctor, manage medications, learn more about wellness and telehealth, and more. There are many programs offered through all of the BCBS plans that you can take advantage of – such as virtual care offerings through Well Connection, the MyBlue app, and the Maternity Member Program.

Dental
This year's dental plan offerings are the same – Dental Blue Freedom and Dental Blue Freedom with Orthodontia. As an enhancement, our dental plan will now have access to an additional network. You do not have to change your current provider, however, you can choose to seek care through a Dental Blue Freedom dentist for lower out-of-pocket costs.
