Mental Health Awareness Month
If you're suffering from mental health issues, you're not alone
In a recent survey, 92% of CEOs reported their companies had focused more efforts on mental health as a result of the pandemic. And 96% thought they were doing enough to address employees' mental health.
But only 69% of workers questioned felt their employers were addressing mental health adequately. And 48% indicated they had experienced high to extreme levels of stress over the past few years.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, which is the perfect time to assess and promote your organization’s support programs.
