Great News! Our providers remain unchanged. Anthem for our medical and Guardian for dental, vision, life, disability and worksite benefits.

No action is necessary as your current elections will automatically roll over. Now is the time to make any changes or add new benefit elections. In the event you are waiving coverage, you must log in to waive your medical coverage. Be sure to consider all your options in order for you to make the best decisions for you and your dependents.

We're proud to offer an array of benefit options. We're here to help you choose the plan(s) that best suit your needs. Please use the link provided by Paycom to enroll, waive, or make changes to your current elections before December 2, 2022 which will become effective January 1, 2023.
