To access your enrollment portal, follow these easy steps:
1. Log into the enrollment portal.
2. Click on the grey drop-down menu in the upper-left corner.
3. Scroll down and click on "Enterprise Benefits." This will take you to your benefits enrollment page.

Medical, Dental & Vision
Medical
Community Partners offers one Kaiser Permanente medical plan and three Blue Shield medical plans. Each plan provides excellent comprehensive medical protection. Click to view the plan overviews and additional information about the available services.
Please note, HMO plans are only available to California-based employees.
Dental
Maintaining good oral hygiene is important to your overall health and wellness. Community Partners offers two dental plans through Cigna, a DHMO and DPPO option. You may enroll yourself and your dependents in this plan. Click the button below to view the plan overviews.
Vision
Community Partners offers an excellent vision plan through Cigna to cover your annual eye exams, eyeglass lenses, contact lenses, and more! Cigna allows you and your covered dependents to utilize the vast Cigna network for your vision needs. Click to view the plan overview for more information on what services are covered.

FSA
Health Care FSA
The Health Care FSA allows you to put aside money before it's taxed, and use it to pay for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses. This is a use-it-or-lose-it account, so you must ensure you spend down the account by the end of the plan year (June 30th). For the 2021 plan year, the maximum amount you can contribute to your Health Care FSA is $2,750.
Dependent Care FSA
The Dependent Care FSA allows you to save money on a variety of childcare or elder expenses. For the 2021 plan year, the maximum amount you can contribute to your Dependent Care FSA is $5,000 per household (or $2,500 if married and filing separately). If you are not able to use all of the money you elected to set aside, it cannot be returned to you at the end of the plan year, so be sure to set your election appropriately.

Life & Disability
Community Partners provides all active employees with basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage through Mutual of Omaha at no cost to you. This benefit provides valuable income protection in the event that you suffer a severe accident or loss of life. You must name a beneficiary for your life and AD&D benefits, which you may update at any time during the plan year.
You also have the option of purchasing additional (voluntary) life and AD&D coverage through Mutual of Omaha for yourself, spouse/registered domestic partner, and child(ren).
Long Term Disability is 100% paid for you by Community Partners through Mutual of Omaha. This coverage provides financial assistance if you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to an illness or injury.

An array of voluntary worksite benefits are available to you through Aflac. By offering extra coverage in the event of serious illness or accident, Aflac gives you more ways to protect yourself, your family, and your assets. Pet Insurance through Nationwide provides coverage for both common and unexpected veterinary expenses such as:

Mutual of Omaha EAP
Community Partners is happy to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Mutual of Omaha. The EAP is available to help you and your family find a solution when life's challenges come along. Mutual of Omaha is available any day, at any time, and at no additional cost to you.
You and your household members have access to up to three face-to-face sessions with an advocate. Call 800-316-2796 for a referral to a service in your community or advice on topics such as emotional well-being, family and relationships, legal and financial matters, healthy lifestyles, and work and life transitions.

Retirement
Mutual of America 403(b) Retirement
Community Partners is pleased to provide a 403(b) Retirement Plan to enable our employees to accumulate savings while benefiting from favorable tax treatment. There is no new hire wait period and employees are eligible for employer contributions after completing 2 years of service and 1,000 hours per year. Employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution if no changes or requests are made.

Mutual of America is also holding informational webinars for our employees to understand the in's and out's of our 403(b) retirement plan. To make sure everyone has an opportunity to attend, Mutual of America will be presenting the webinar on three days and times. There will be a presentation on Tuesday, July 13th at 11 am PST, Wednesday, July 14th at 12 pm PST as well as Thursday, July 15th at 1 pm PST. Look out in your emails for webinar links in June!
