Open Enrollment
This is your opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections. This is an active enrollment process, meaning benefit-eligible employees must confirm or change elections during the enrollment window. Please note, outside of the annual open enrollment period, mid-year changes to your benefits may only be allowable if you experience a qualifying life event.
New Hires
As a new employee, you have 60 days from your hire date to enroll. Your benefit coverage begins on the first of the month following those 60 days. After the enrollment period has closed, you will only be able to make changes to your benefits if you have a qualifying life event or during our Annual Open Enrollment.
Once you have decided on your benefit selections, be sure to sign in to your Paylocity account, navigate to HR & Payroll, then click on Bswift Benefits to complete the enrollment process.
