As a Ford Motor Company salaried, active employee, you’re eligible to apply, enroll in or make changes to your Voluntary Benefits from October 25 – November 11, 2022. This program provides you and your family with critical and valuable benefit choices — in addition to your Ford Motor Company core benefits package — at group rates priced to fit most budgets.

Enroll in these plans between October 25 – November 11, 2022 with no medical questions or exams required. If you're currently enrolled in any of these plans and do not wish to make any changes, no action is required and your coverage will continue into next year.
