Orion offers vision insurance is to help with the cost of these exams and prescription eyewear. The company provides eligible employees with $50,000 of Basic Life and $50,000 of Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance coverage. The company also provides $20,000 in Basic Life coverage for your spouse and $10,000 in coverage for each eligible dependent child. This valuable coverage is insured by Guardian Life Insurance Company.
Employees can also supplement their Basic Life and AD&D insurance by purchasing Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance. Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance are available for you to purchase for yourself and your eligible dependents.
Disability benefits are an important part of your employee benefits program and can provide a source of income should you become disabled. Short-Term Disability provides income-replacement benefits for non-work-related injuries or illnesses. Long-Term Disability provides income replacement benefits for both non-work and work-related injuries and illnesses.

With Talkspace, you can choose a dedicated therapist and/or prescriber from a list of recommended, licensed providers and receive support day and night from the convenience of your device (iOS, Android, and web).
Guardian offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) called WorkLifeMatters. Employees and their immediate family members may obtain completely confidential counseling for such matters as marital and family concerns, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, financial difficulties, and other matters causing personal stress.
Retirees today need about 80% of their annual income in retirement to retire comfortably. That's why Orion has partnered with Fidelity to offer you the highest value 401(k) plan.
Employees are eligible to participate in Orions’s 401(k) retirement program on the first day of any month following their date of hire. There are no age requirements to enter the plan, with participants receiving a safe-harbor match six months of employment. Employees will receive a dollar-for-dollar company match (100%) on the first three percent of eligible contributions they make to the plan and 50-cents-on-the-dollar match (50%) on the next two percent they contribute.

The need to maintain an appropriate work-life balance is of the utmost importance at Orion. Our paid time off (PTO) policy combines vacation, sick time and personal time into a single bank of days for employees to use when they take paid time off from work. This gives employees the flexibility to take time off as they need without worrying about losing money.
In addition to PTO, Orion offers nine paid holidays a year.
