Leave of Absence Programs
Taking extended time away from work whether for health or family needs can raise a lot of questions. Just like there are many types of life situations, there are many leave options and policies as well, and each leave program has its own rules for eligibility and use. SoFi offers the following paid-leave benefits:
- Maternity leave
- Parental leave
- Medical leave
- Family care leave
Note: Depending on your state of residence, the 100% payment may be achieved through a combination of state-provided benefits and SoFi benefits. The combination of these multiple sources cannot exceed 100%.
In addition, we provide for unpaid time off for:
- Military leave
- Personal leave
