Richards is proud to offer a comprehensive, affordable benefits package. Now is the time to review your benefit options and select coverage that best meets the needs of you and your family.
Benefits open enrollment takes place February 20 – March 3.
This is your opportunity to:
- Enroll or re-enroll
- Makes changes to your elections
- Add or remove dependents
- Enroll in an FSA or HSA
- Update beneficiaries

Remember, this year is an ACTIVE enrollment. You must log into UKG and make your benefit elections even if you are waiving coverage.
All benefit elections will be effective April1, 2023. Please note: Medical and Dental Deductibles and Maximums run on a Jan 1–Dec 31 calendar year.
