ENROLL NOVEMBER 1st - 30th

We're pleased to provide you with a summary of our comprehensive benefit program for 2023. Offering a comprehensive benefit program, including affordable health coverage, is a key element of our People strategy.

• All staff should complete an online enrollment by November 30th
• All staff must submit applicable supporting documentation by November 30th
• Staff who wish to receive the incentive rate must complete the
  online health check, simple screening, receive a flu shot, and be compliant with the CDC recommended COVID-19 vaccinations
• Flexible Spending Accounts are "use it or lose it" so you should
  conservatively estimate your 2023 expenses and you must elect
  your 2023 contributions even if they are the same as 2022

NEW FOR 2023!

• South County Health is introducing the BlueSolutions High
  Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) to provide more choice for you
  and your family. Employees will still have the option to elect the
  VantageBlue PPO plan
• Employees who enroll in the BlueSolutions High Deductible
  Health Plan will be able to contribute to a Health Savings
  Account (HSA) administered by London Health Administrators
