What’s New

  • Paid Parental Leave - Eligible physicians and staff can enjoy up to four weeks of Paid Parental Leave within a 12-month period, running concurrently with FMLA.

  • Paid Caregiver Leave - We’re introducing two weeks of Paid Caregiver Leave for those who need time to care for a loved one (spouse/domestic partner, child, parent/parent-In-law, grandparent, sibling) with a serious health condition (as defined by FMLA).

  • Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement - We’re supporting all paths to parenthood with up to $5,000 in reimbursement for eligible adoption and surrogacy expenses, with a lifetime maximum of $10,000 per employee.
