This Benefit Showcase answers some of the basic questions you may have about your benefits. Review this showcase to make sure you understand the benefits that are available to you and your family.

Benefit Enrollment

We know how important benefits are for you and your family. That is why Royal Neighbors of America is committed to offering excellent, well-rounded options that protect your physical, mental, and financial health. Our programs are designed to provide you peace of mind and protect you and your loved ones.

Choosing your benefits takes careful thought and planning. Use this benefit showcase to learn about the benefits available to you and your family.

Benefit changes made during open enrollment will become effective January 1. As a new hire, your benefits will become effective on your first day of employment.

This site will be available to you on demand all year. Take some time to review this information and return to this site whenever you or your family members have questions or want to review your benefits.

  • Your legal spouse

Changing Benefits After Enrollment

During the year, you cannot make changes to your benefits unless you have a Qualified Life Event.

If you do not make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the Qualified Life Event, you will have to wait until the next annual Open Enrollment period to make changes (unless you experience another Qualified Life Event).

The information described herein is only intended to be a summary of your benefits. It does not describe or include all benefit provisions, limitations, exclusions, or qualifications for coverage.

Please review your certificate of coverage for a complete explanation of your benefits. If the benefits listed conflict in any way with the certificate of coverage, the certificate of coverage will prevail.
