ENROLL IN YOUR BENEFITS
WELCOME TO YOUR BENEFITS PORTAL
Explore this portal to understand your options, make confident choices, and enroll with ease. Ensure you and your family are covered for the year ahead.
HOW TO ENROLL
To simplify the enrollment process, you can:
-
Enroll or re-enroll
-
Make changes to your benefits
-
Add or remove dependents
-
Enroll in flexible spending account(s)
NOTE: This site will be available to you on demand all year. Take some time to review this information and return to this benefits portal whenever you or your family members have questions or want to review your benefits.
BENEFITS SPOTLIGHT
If you and your spouse are both employees of the company, only one of you may cover your dependent children. Additionally, you cannot be covered as both an employee and a dependent. You must each enroll either individually or together with one as an employee and one as a dependent.
BENEFIT TIP
In most cases, your benefit elections remain in effect for the entire year (January 1—December 31). During each annual enrollment period, you will have the opportunity to review your benefit elections and make changes for the coming year.
Certain coverages allow limited changes to elections during the year. These benefits include the Medical, Dental, and Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Under these benefits, you may only make changes to your elections during the year if you have a change in family status and your benefit change is consistent with your change in family status.
QUALIFYING LIFE EVENTS (QLE)
This is a change in your situation - like getting married, having a baby, or losing health coverage - that may allow you to enroll in health insurance outside the yearly Open Enrollment Period.
PREVENTIVE CARE
This step can help prevent future health concerns and lower health insurance costs. Learn more about what's covered and what isn't.
ADDITIONAL COVERAGE
Coverage at your fingertips - Home, Auto, and More! Get agent recommendations based on your needs.
APPROACHING RETIREMENT?
Understanding how Medicare works—and how it compares to your current coverage—can help you make informed decisions.
UNLOCK BENEFITS CLARITY
Ever feel lost in the world of employee benefits? We know it can be confusing. Our Monthly Minute communications library and your company's Benefits Education video library provide clear, concise information to help you understand your valuable benefits package.
