To register, you will need your Employee ID and your banking information (your bank's name, routing number, and account number). Monthly premium payments are deducted by Allstate directly from your checking or savings account.

- Up to 50 months of benefits payable for professional long term care services (for example, home health care or assisted living)
- Up to 3x your policy value (4% per month long term care benefit for up to 25 months + death benefit)
- Full death benefit for your beneficiaries even if you collect long term care benefits.
