BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS
BENEFITS SPOTLIGHT
Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits. You must also be a citizen of the United States (U.S.) or non-U.S. citizen who is a legal permanent resident of the U.S.
BENEFIT TIP
If you and your spouse are both employees of the company, only one of you may cover your dependent children. Additionally, you cannot be covered as both an employee and a dependent. You must each enroll either individually or together with one as an employee and one as a dependent.
QUALIFYING LIFE EVENTS (QLE)
This is a change in your situation - like getting married, having a baby, or losing health coverage - that may allow you to enroll in health insurance outside the yearly Open Enrollment Period.
