Prescription drug benefits for Credence and Surest medical plans are administered by Express Scripts. The Express Scripts prescription drug formulary (list of covered drugs that offer the greatest overall value) includes preventive, generic, preferred brand name, and specialty drugs. If you enroll in a Credence or Surest medical plan through ADT, you will receive a separate Prescription Drug ID card. You’ll have the option of using a local retail pharmacy (including CVS, Walgreen’s and other major pharmacies), you’ll save money by using Express Scripts Home Delivery for maintenance medications. ADT’s 401(k) Savings Plan, called the Retirement Savings and Investment Plan (RSIP), offers team members immediate eligibility and the opportunity to realize personal financial independence. You can save your money in 3 different ways - through pre-tax, Roth or after- tax payroll deductions which are matched by the Company.
The Company contributes $0.50 for every dollar you contribute, up to the first 5% of your eligible pay on a per-paycheck basis. The medical plan you choose determines which account you’re eligible for. High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) come with a Health Savings Account (HSA). With the PPO and Kaiser Enhanced HMO Plan, you have the option to participate in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA), which is also available if you don’t elect medical coverage. You can use the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) regardless of which medical plan you participate in or even if you waive medical coverage altogether.
For those enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan, ADT will match your HSA contributions dollar for dollar up to 12% of your annual in-network medical deductible. ADT’s matching contribution will be deposited directly into your Fidelity HSA on a quarterly basis as soon as administratively feasible after the end of each quarter.
