At Home benefit enrollments are available to new hires, those being promoted from Part-Time to Full-Time, when you change status from Full-Time to Part-Time, and when you have a qualifying life event. You have 31 days from your event to complete your benefit enrollments.
For those specifically with a qualifying life event, you must notify Benefits@athome.com, providing supporting documentation before you can make your benefit selections/changes.
All other team members must wait for the annual open enrollment period, typically in late fall, to make benefit changes.

At Home offers three Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans so you can choose the option that best meets your needs: The Standard EPO, the Premier PPO, and the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). The plans all provide coverage for the same types of expenses -- they differ in how they provide coverage.

The Healthy At Home Wellness Program is a great way to save on your medical plan premiums. Team members and their spouse or domestic partner have an opportunity to receive a premium discount of up to $600 or $1,200 in 2025 by completing two steps. Participation is optional.
Team Members and Spouses/Domestic Partners need to complete both steps to get the full discount. See the Full-Time Benefit guide for more information.
MedsYourWay® automatically compares medicine prices from multiple drug discount cards with your health plan benefit. By showing your insurance card at the pharmacy counter, you’ll pay the best price available for your specific medication. Regardless of whether your health plan offers the best price or the drug discount card, purchases for covered drugs apply towards your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
At Home has provided you with Health Advocacy services at no extra cost, you have unlimited access to a highly trained Personal Health Advocate, typically a registered nurse supported by medical directors and benefits and claims specialists, who can get to the bottom of a wide variety of health care and insurance related issues, no matter how long it takes. They can assist you or family members (parents, parents-in-law, adult children) who are not covered on the At Home plans with benefit questions.

At Home offers two dental plan options through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Both plans cover typical dental expenses -- they differ in annual benefit maximum, percentage of costs coverage, orthodontia coverage, and how much they cost out of each paycheck.
At Home offers two vision plan options through EyeMed. Both plans cover typical vision expenses -- they differ in how much they cover certain expenses, how frequently they cover them, and how much they cost out of each paycheck.
At Home offers 2 types of flexible spending accounts, a Healthcare FSA and a Dependent Care FSA. You can contribute to one or both flexible spending accounts (FSA), which allow you to save taxes on certain out-of-pocket health care and/or dependent care expenses.
You can use the Health Care FSA to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses that are not covered by another health plan. Examples include but are not limited to: Medical or dental deductibles or expenses, office visit copays, prescriptions, certain over-the-counter items, glasses, contacts, and orthodontia expenses.
The Dependent Care FSA helps you afford daycare for your children under age 13 or for a disabled dependent. The daycare expenses must be necessary so you can work. Make sure to verify the special eligibility rules for this account.



A Health Savings Account is available to Team Members who are enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). It's a bank account through WEX Health that allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for your out-of-pocket health care expenses.

At Home's telehealth program provides 24/7 access to doctors via phone, mobile app, or video. This gives you on-demand diagnosis, treatment options, and prescriptions (if medically necessary) for non-emergency medical issues.

At Home is offering Dental insurance for our Part-Time Team Members for the first time. It is a DPO plan offered through Delta Dental and covers typical dental expenses.

Our 401(k) savings plan allows you to save for your retirement on a pretax basis. You can begin contributing to the plan after six months of service and start making contributions to your account through convenient payroll deductions.
We offer both traditional and Roth 401(k) options. Both Roth and Traditional 401(k) accounts are tax advantage retirement savings accounts. The difference is when you pay taxes on the contributions and withdrawals. With the Traditional 401(k), you make pre-tax contributions now and then you pay the tax on the withdrawal. With the Roth 401(k) you make after-tax contributions now and you don’t pay taxes on your withdrawals. You can contribute to one or both.
Employer contributions: 100% of the first 3% of each employee's contribution and 50% of the next 2%

At Home automatically provides Basic Life and AD&D Insurance for all Team Members at no cost to you. The benefit is paid to your beneficiaries in the event of your death.
Eligible Team Members may also purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance for yourself, your spouse and your dependent children. You may only elect coverage for your dependents if you enroll in this coverage for yourself.
Evidence of Insurability is required for coverage amounts over the guarantee issue limit during your initial eligibility period or if you want to increase/enroll for coverage after your initial eligibility period. You need to complete the online Evidence of Insurability Form through The Standard’s website: https://myeoi.standard.com/
Short-term disability (STD) provides income when you’re unable to work due to a short period of disability. For salaried Team Members, At Home automatically provides STD benefits at no cost.
Evidence of Insurability: If you elect coverage upon hire or initial eligibility for the plan, no Evidence of Insurability Form is required. If you add coverage after your initial election period, you’ll need to complete the online Evidence of Insurability Form through The Standard’s website: https://myeoi.standard.com/752114 (use group #752114 to complete the form). Payroll deductions will begin once At Home receives approval from the carrier.


For eligible Team Members, At Home offers LTD benefits that replace up to 60% of your monthly income, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month if you are disabled and unable to work for more than 26 weeks.

Accident Insurance pays a fixed, one-time benefit amount when you receive care due to an accident. You can use the payment for any purpose you like. Critical Illness Insurance is coverage that can help safeguard your finances by providing you with a convenient one-time payment when you or a covered family member is diagnosed with a serious illness. If you’re enrolled in accident, hospital indemnity and/or critical illness insurance, you get $50 per plan per calendar year when visiting the doctor for a covered wellness screening. Hospital Indemnity Insurance provides a one-time payment if you’re admitted to the hospital for a covered inpatient stay. You can use this payment instead of your savings or borrowing money to pay out-of-pocket costs due to the inpatient stay. If you’re enrolled in accident, hospital indemnity and/or critical illness insurance, you get $50 per plan per calendar year when visiting the doctor for a covered wellness screening. You and your covered dependents have free access to At Home’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This confidential service offers free, over-the-phone counseling any time, day or night, to offer support, guidance, and resources to help you and your family find the right balance between your work and home life.

The Calm app is a mental health tool to help you reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase relaxation. Its content library includes meditations, music, Sleep Stories, Masterclasses, and quick movement sessions. Plus, the content is available in seven languages, including Spanish and French.
You can invite up to five immediate family members (16+) through your account settings to enjoy their own Calm accounts.
To activate your subscription, visit https://www.calm.com/b2b/at-home/subscribe. Sign into your existing Calm account or create an account. Enter your employee ID in the box provided to activate the subscription on your Calm account. Download the Calm app and log in to your account to access the premium content.
At Home has partnered with VIDA Health to bring you a virtual care platform for chronic and behavioral health conditions.
Vida Health matches you to a health coach to help you lose weight, lower your blood sugar, improve blood pressure or cholesterol, feel less stressed, and build healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Your coach will develop a personal plan and guide you every step of the way.

Learn to Live offers online therapy programs based on the proven principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Learn to Live offers the following programs for our Team Members: social anxiety, depression, stress, anxiety & worry, insomnia, substance use, panic, and resilience.

At Home believes that Team Members should have opportunities to enjoy time away from work to help balance their lives. For this reason, At Home provides paid time off (PTO), which combines vacation, sick days, a family member’s illness, personal business, inclement weather, and any other personal time off.

At Home recognizes the value of Team Members’ support to the communities At Home serves through volunteer service and financial donations. To support Team Members who choose to promote volunteerism, At Home provides paid time for community service.
A leave of absence (LOA) is generally defined as any approved absence from work for an extended time for a specific reason. If you need to take a leave of absence, it is your responsibility to request it and timely provide any required documentation.
At Home offers paid leave to eligible Team Members as their families grow. Team Members can receive up to 8 weeks of paid leave for Maternity and Adoption leave and 4 weeks paid leave for Paternity or Parental leave.
Bereavement: Team members who have experienced the death of a loved one may be provided with up to 5 consecutive work days off with pay.
Jury Duty: At Home provides time off for Team Members who are required to serve on jury duty. Team Members serving on jury duty will be paid their normal straight time wages and may keep their jury duty stipend.

When your regular childcare or elder care option falls through, Bright Horizons can step in. This benefit provides access to alternative in-home or center-based care for your child(ren) and in-home care only for older adults. You may use Bright Horizons up to 5 days per year.
You can now exchange your backup care days for pet care credits with Rover.com. You can also exchange backup care days for adult and student tutoring.
Through At Home's education assistance programs, after six months of service, all Team Members are eligible for our tuition reimbursement program.
